        Convention Registration Form. Please print and use this form for all convention registrations. Early Bird rate expires on 1 April 10. After that, registration cost is higher.
        Barbara Avery Scholarship and Division 13 Convention Donation Tickets. Print as many copies as needed. Thanks for your generous participation.

Fundraiser -- Bears for sale.

The USAF bear, Thunderbird bear (named for the USAF Thunderbird Flight Demonstration Team) and ANG Bear (shown below) are approximately 10 inches tall and sell for $10.00 each, including S&H. The set of three bears is only $30.00, including S&H. Ten percent (10%) of each sale is designated for AFSA Division 13.

Each Bear comes with a little card attached to its arm that tells about the service it represents, i.e. ANG - USAF  - Thunderbirds.

If a number of people from one chapter orders bears, it would save postage if there is one person in the chapter who could accept the bears and then re-distribute them to whomever ordered them..

Chapter 1311/A1311 gives a bear to each member when they retire from the service. They are also great gifts for new babies or grandchildren. VERY cuddly.!!
